location perfect, rooms very clean and comfortable

Check-in was a little rough because room that I had confirmed had been switched without notifying me and front desk clerk was extremely unhelpful and actually a bit rude about the whole situation. I have stayed several times at Sandpiper because we love it and this was the first time we encountered a nonhelpful/not friendly employee.
