The floor was filthy, one eye on the stove was bad, the toaster oven didn't work.

Location and covered parking. Also laundry room and ice machine near our unit

Owner is a slum lord. Pealing wall paper, filthy old couch, front door did not close properly, light in kitchen worked occasionally, all furniture old and paint pealing, pots and pans stained and sticky handles, not a thing is updated in the unit, a rolled up sheet is used as a valance in the living room, slider does not close or lock, the refrigerator freezer needed defrosting, no broom or vacuum to clean unit, towels had no pile left on them and were like emery boards. And this unit was an up grade? From what? Unit 311 should not be rented in my opinion until upgraded.

Furnishings were old and very uncomfortable.

First thing to know is each condo is owned by a company or individual. We stayed in condo 311 which was in need of a lot of updates. The bedding had stains and wasn't very nice. The paint on the walls was peeling off. Ive stayed in other condos in the complex that were in much better condition. I love the location of this complex. I think you could have a much nicer room somewhere else for the same price.

Location was great.

Room wasn't very clean, broken kitchen table, cabinets were dirty, ceiling fan in bedroom was off track and sounded like.it was gonna explode.

It was a nice place beds were comfortable. Close to everything and clean for older place

Really nice little place. Conveniently located, clean, spectacular hot water and water pressure. We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to be back.

Close to town

People working on the pool was loud

Loved it we will definitely be back close to everything yet quiet.
