The location is perfect. The view from the pool terrace is amazing. Food is great. Son Matis beach is near the hotel. Magaluf beach is on 5 minutes (on another side) and the color of that water is wonderful.

To match noise from the technical machines on the roof on another hotel and the room which looks to that side doesn't have peace.

The hotel was spotless clean with a beautiful view over the bay. The sunbeds were really comfortable if you managed to get the bigger ones available. The breakfast was lovely. Staff were helpful and friendly. P

The dinner options and food choice wasnt great. My two sons didn't really enjoy the dinners so we ate out which was fine. If I was returning to this hotel which I definitely will I would chose b&b option.

Animatori, Cleaning lady

No air conditioning for 6 days out of 8 days. They told us that 2 of 3 airconditioning systems broke down. Lobby was cold, properly air conditioned all the time. During period of our stay it was 32-37’C every day and air conditioning was crucial for our stay (we are family with 2 small children).

"Very good family stay."

We loved our stay. The kids pool was really nice. Our child loved it! The staff is amazing! Friendly service ,very polite. Clean all over. Buffet was nice, food was various to satisfy all tastes. Very good location. Close to the beach ,and supermarkets .

In what concerns isolation, it looses a point.(Sorry ). You can hear everything in the hallway. And at night time we have been awakened almost every night. Not hotel’s fault entirely about this, guests should be more considerate at night times, but if you have a small child it can become stressful.
