O quarto é ótimo, a localização também. Cafe da manhã é farto. As instalações no geral são ótimas. O visual é incrível.

Os funcionários são mau humorados, até grosseiros, exceto o pessoal do café, são ótimos. O chuveiro é estranho, oscilando entre quente e frio, muita água e pouca água. Nao tem estacionamento fácil, para estacionar tem um parking 15 minutos de caminhada. É chato. Nao tinha toalhas suficientes para a quantidade de pessoas e foi o primeiro stress pedir toalhas. Acabou o sabonete do banheiro, nao houve reposição.
