Jedlo,jedlo,jedlo👌 Pomer kvalita - cena vynikajuce! Ubytovanie krasne,postele skvele,jedlo nadstandardne a neskutocne chutne!!!! Spickove!!! Vyhlad na more krasny.Personal perfekt. Velkou vyhodou je,ze z hotela sa dostanete rychlo k dvom plazam! Magaluf je bozska,nadherna,tyrkysova. Hotel je vhodny hlavne pre deti. Je tam pre nich bazen s atrakciami a vecer s instruktormi.

Vrelo odporucam ubytovanie! Drobne chyby:Izba smerovana do ulice bola rano hlucna (smetiari,dodavatelia). Ale nic strasne. Asi ako vsade 🙃 Ubytovanie je sice priamo na plazi,ale dostanete sa tam chodzou po par schodoch za cca 5 minut. Nic strasne. Poplatok za lehatko so slnecnikom na plazi cca 10€. Hotel ma k dispozicii vlastne lehatka s bazenom hned pod hotelom,ale kedze sa neda vojst odtial do mora,nevyuzili sme. Co je mozno pre nas skoda Odporucam hotel s ranajkami a vecerou!! Dokonale jedlo (da sa priplatit aj denne)

The views from the room and the hotel’s public areas were beautiful and were honestly the best thing around the hotel. I would also like to mention one young guy at the reception who worked several evening shifts during our stay. He was always welcoming, friendly, and one of the very few staff members who consistently greeted guests with a smile. A special thank you also goes to him and a lady from the reception team for helping us on our first day. After I mentioned that I wasn’t completely happy with my original room, they kindly arranged another room for us, which significantly improved our stay.

Apart from the staff members mentioned above, the overall attitude of the staff felt rather indifferent. During my stay, I rarely received a friendly greeting, a smile, or even a simple “goodbye.” Nobody ever asked whether I was enjoying my stay or if I needed anything. Whenever I needed information, I had to actively ask for it myself. As someone who travels quite often, I have something to compare it with, and this was honestly the first time I experienced such a lack of hospitality in a hotel of this category. Another disappointment was the check-out policy. Check-out is at 10:00 am., which felt unusually early and quite inconvenient. I asked if it would be possible to stay until noon, but unfortunately that wasn’t an option.
