Everything was perfect except the bed was a little uncomfortable.

The front desk staff were great, very friendly and helpful

Someone (last resident, I suppose) had taken the light bulbs from a lamp, the shower gel dispenser was empty, the housekeeper didn’t know the back bedroom (room 110) bed needed to be cleaned. That’s an honest mistake; the design of this room created two separate bed rooms!

room was very clean, spacious, and staff was super friendly and accommodating. For a 2 or 3 star hotel, this one definitely gets 5+ stars out of 5 in my book!

I have stayed at pricier hotels. But I believe this one has it all beat the room had everything I needed. It was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. I will stay again!

I liked the coffee pot and the desk.

Check-in was horrific when I simply asked about the deposit options for the room, as they have two, and I was asked demeaning questions, 'Have you ever stayed at a hotel before? When I asked her to explain the option of the cash deposit a little more clearly, she got even more belligerent and raised her voice; 'for the 3rd time I said.......' The clerk at check out was nice and I reported what happened, he mentioned that others had complained about the same treatment from the other clerk. The sink in the bathroom filled up and took a long time to drain. The heating/cooling unit was ducked taped on the outside and was loud, the restaurants close by were loud, the traffic was loud from the street. No late check out.
