Clairmont Inn & Suites - Warren

The room was okay. No bugs, so that is always a plus! The room was clean and the shower good.

Breakfast was Twinkies, brownie squares, stuff I don't consider Breakfast. They did have a loaf of bread so I made toast. Cereal and oatmeal packets were also available. The linen was a little dingy. I don't know who made the rule that hotel towels be white. I know they were clean but they where yellowish and stained. I would have preferred a dark color towel to that.

Breakfast cereal not fresh, only offer cereal, toast, snack cake, muffins no hot breakfast. Breakfast area not keep very clean. Cleaning ladies start coming around at 9am knocking on doors to clean rooms when check out isn’t until 11am.

I wish I could upload photos / video. Nasty bed sheets wasn’t clean . I asked for a non smoking room I got to the room the comforter was filled with burn holes , there was blood all over the sheets . Pillows wasn’t clean they had blood on them as well also there were bed bug traces. Towels were brown ( supposed to be white ) the shower was dirty and full of loose hair everywhere . Butt dust on the toilet seat. This room was very filthy (room 123 ) the hotel used to be a nice stay , it’s ran down now . I politely left and went towards Monticello area

The beds were comfortable and it was a very good value for the money.

Reserved a king room. Got to the property and received a 2 twin bed. Owner said he didn’t have any other king rooms available after admitting he gave my room to someone else on accident even thought I reserved this morning with my card . I get on the booking website and there’s multiple king rooms available to reserve for tonight ! I would have got a refund but with it being so late and me having a 2 year old son. I had to do with what I got given. Will not be back. Very noisy and they don’t value their reservations .
