Quality Inn & Suites Sequim at Olympic National Park

We enjoyed the hot breakfast, the pool and hot tub. Also, enjoyed the unexpected premium channels on the TV and the WiFi. Everyone on the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Lastly, the cookies and nightly soup, in the lobby, were a bonus!

The only issue was with the cold milk pitcher at breakfast. It is designed so that a small portion of milk stays in the top of the pitcher and doesn't remain cold, thus when poured later, the milk has started to sour. I conveyed this to the breakfast attendant and she did go to the kitchen and get a fresh glass for me.

Would very much recommend this hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is in a very good spot. I will definitely stay here again the next time I head up that way.

Friendly, serving food and hot drink for a wary traveler like me - I’ll definitely be coming back to rest easy.

The room was neat as a pin! The bed was comfortable, the breakfast great, and the motel and grounds are very nice. There’s a nice pool and hot tub which I didn’t use . Kids were in the hot tub, so I avoided it. Kids should stick to the pool and leave the hot tub for adults. But my only real complaint is that I didn’t sleep very soundly because there was noise—thumps, bumps, the sound of toilets flushing, an alarm going off right by my head on the other side of the wall that went on for a good 30 minutes until someone shut it off. More soundproofing would earn a 5 from me.

My room wasn't ready when I got there so they put me in a different room. The receptionist was calling out my room number to a full lobby and as a single female it made me feel unsafe. When I got to my room the people in the room above me were making a lot of noise. They where stomping and running up and down the halls. When I went to complain I was told they could give me a bottom floor room that I didn't want. I asked if they could ask for the noise to stop and was told there was nothing they could do about it because they would have to check each room. I was also told I would be given a discount because of the trouble, I was not given the discount. For the remaining my stay it was still noisy. I was very disappointed in my stay and will not be staying at this hotel on my next visit
