Le personnel est exceptionnel !!! Beaucoup de jeunes toujours à votre écoute pour monter ou descendre les valises, vous conseiller pour les restaurants, visites! Cest exceptionnel ! La piscine intérieure est très agréable et les chambres d'une grande propreté ! A recommander

First of all the gentleman at the Front Desk was extremely friendly, and very helpful.. He offered information, offered his help if we needed it for anything. Second, the convenience of being very close to downtown and the Marina was perfect. For being an older hotel/inn it was very clean.

There was nothing that we didn’t like. We just wished there would’ve been more regular coffee in the room unless decaf pods.

Great location. Walkable from the transportation centre and to the ferries and then car hire. Let us make up a packed breakfast for the day we were catching an early ferry. Staff all really polite and helpful

Location was perfect and facilities spotless. Bedrooms were well equipped and the linens were high quality with very comfortable beds. The staff were all lovely and had good knowledge of the local area.

Breakfast was a little bit basic but fine.

The manager was so helpful, courteous and attentive.

Location was great. Hyannis was a perfect spot, in the center of Cape Cod for exploring.
