Die Zimmer war sauber, etwas klein für drei Personen. Frühstück war nicht gut ( Brot gab es nur Toas und harte Brötli, keine gekochte Eier nur Rühreier und Butter gab es auch kein. Strand ist Top

Personal war sehr Unfreundlich, Unorganisiert und nicht Kompetent. Mit Ausnahme von Schichtleiter oder Chef Rezeption.

1) La posizione: l'hotel è direttamente in spiaggia, in quanto in questa parte di Rimini non c'è la ciclabile fronte mare. 2) L'accoglienza alla reception 3) La possibilità di parcheggio 4) La qualità della colazione

1) Offrirei il servizio biciclette 2) Se ad inizio stagione, comunicherei ai clienti che la spiaggia non è ancora pronta. 3) La struttura necessita un po' di rinnovamento e di restauro, le moquette andrebbero sostituite tutte, le camere sistemate. francamente non capisco come sia possibile che l'hotel abbia 4 stelle.
