"Hotel Imperial beach rimini de 4 stele doar cu numele, in realitate are 3 stele!!"

A doua camera a fost frumoasa, renovata, cu panorama spre mare! locatia hotelului este foarte buna avand in jur tot ce ai nevoie fara a te deplasa foarte mult ( farmaci, restaurante, magazine, statie de autobuz..etc) din hotel poti esi direct pe plaja.

Am avut problema cu, camera( prima) dupa ce ia-ti contactat voi de la booking, mi-au dat alta camera, am mutat totul de la un etaj la altul, eu eram deja instalat in prima camera cu bagajele despachetate.. cand sotia mea a coborat sa ii inapoieze cartela de la prima camera, primul lucru care au intrebato cei de la receptie, ca ar fi bine sa scriem ceva de bine despre ei pe booking! eu nu am inteles cum e asta ( sunt obligat!! ) dupa,.. tot personalul hoteluilui se comporta ciudat, nu mi-au facut nimic! dar erau asa bosumflati, moracanosi, fara sa zambeasca deloc, era ca si cum ce caut eu in hotelul lor si e frustrant te simti stanjenit si aiurea sa ii mai poti intreba ceva! La mic dejun si cina, nu prea aveam ce manca deoarece nu aveau o gama variata de mancare.. ma refer " hotel 4 stele ", si in fiecare dimineata era acelasi meniu!!! Seara, 4 feluri de salata uneori avea si carne dar eu cred ca era reincalzita de la pranz, deoarece inauntru era moale si deasupra avea o parte foarte tare( asa se intampla la carnea ce o lasi deoparte dupa preparare si dupa o reincalzesti ( am fost bucatar 15 ani ). Deserturile din aluat chiar daca aveau diferite forme, aveau acelasi gust, presupun ca erau din acelasi aluat.. la plecare dupa ce am achitat tot cand sa esim pe usa hoteluilui, fata de la receptie ii spune directorului.."- Mi sono sbarazzato di loro" ( gata am scapat de ei). Nu stiu ce sa spun daca iti doresti sa scapi de clienti!!! Oricum nu mas mai intoarce la acest hotel nici daca imi da gratis un sejur de o luna la all inclusive!! Eu o sa clasific pe site ul oficial al hotelierilor zona Rimini, ca acest hotel este de 2 spre 3 stel maxim, in nici un caz 4 stele. Concluzie : daca nimereste un alt client camera de la etajul 6 ( aia urata si cu vedere spre un santier cu macarale), mai are o masa dezgustatoare si un personal ce si-au uitat zambetul acasa, practic dispare ca acel hotel are o locatie buna.. si e ca si cum ai gresi concediul.

Skvělý personál... usměvavý, vstřícný ♥️ Hotel přímo na pláži Pokoje čisté Jídlo chutné Parkování cca 100m od hotelu na oploceném parkovišti. Velmi se mě tam líbilo ♥️
