Nagyon igényesen kialakított hotel, szuper, trópusi hangulatú medencetérrel, kedves, figyelmes személyzettel. A Sunset Bar-ból és az edzőteremből csodás kilátással az óceánra, ami nekünk külön hozzáadott az élményhez. A hotel elhelyezkedése is remek, minden elérhető gyalogtávon belül, strand, kilátás, bolt és éttermek is.

A szobánk légkondjia sajnos nagyon hangos volt, így éjszaka nem lehetett használni, a reggeli lehetett volna kiemelkedőbb az ár-érték arányt tekintve, illetve a fürdőben nem volt sem elszívó rendszer, sem ablak. A parkolás irtó drága, majdnem annyiba került volna, mint maga az autóbérlés, de találtunk a közelben ingyenes variánst.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und bietet einen traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer sowie auf den Poolbereich. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet und sehr abwechslungsreich – es ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Das Personal ist stets freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Auch die Lage ist ideal, da man alle wichtigen Orte bequem und schnell erreichen kann.

El complejo hotelero es precioso, el personal muy servicial y amable, la ubicación excelente, lo suficiente alejado del bullicio para poder descansar y al mismo tiempo cercano a playas, a opciones de ocio, de restauración y todo tipo de servicios que puedas necesitar.

La piscina es un poco agobiante porque está muy saturada de tumbonas y sombrillas, pero entiendo que son necesarias para dar servicio al mayor número de personas.

Great location, pool area and gym (plus classes)! Staff were so friendly, and also liked that breakfast was until 11am.

We got a pool view room and had one of the lower level rooms, which was fine and quiet, but if booking again think we’d go for a sea view!

We were very pleasantly surprised. Thanks to the administrators, they found a wonderful room with a view of the pool and partly of the ocean. The room is wonderful, always clean. Breakfasts are varied. We also decided to have dinner at the hotel every evening, the variety of seafood and delicious dishes was amazing. Everyone was very nice and polite. The spa is simply incredible, the massage is simply one of the best in life. Our first trip to Tenerife and I made the right choice of hotel. I want to return to this hotel again and again
