Rodeway Inn & Suites Humble IAH

The manager was perceptive of our family memorial service and accommadated us by placing us next to each other instead of on different floors. Newly painted and clean floors.

A good hotel....well priced.....clean and comfortable. Close to the airport.....close to shopping and restaurants. At times there were outside noise and noise from next door and from the second store. I use this hotel regularly and will continue to use it

My room had bugs and the check in staff wasnt respectful

Live roaches crawling around freely, management did nothing to accommodate us.

Very noisy road it is on, hard to sleep. Given good information and directions to walk to restaurant nearby. Room was adequate.

Basic nice room and great price.

As soon as we arrived, Floor was dirty it had dirty spots, like they didn’t mopped. Bed sheet had some kind of stains We didn’t know if was water or something else. NASTY! ... We removed it from the bed for sure. WC not working properly not water, my wife tried to call and complain with front desk staff but she was blown off, No one else called back, she even clean the phone off it was dirty!! And no one didn’t reach to us to at least give an apology, I worked all night and I told that to the front desk staff at the check-in so I could sleep a little bit more and do a late check-out. They didn’t cared they continue ringing the phone in the morning waking me up two times, before “late check-out” no consideration at all !!!! I even was so nice to give them a risk management advice, There something very dangerous to be happen in there I see a big lawsuit in the future and they’re didn’t care or They acted like they didn’t understand English! ... Anyways normally I don’t complain at all but this time, I know you get for what you paid for but 70 bucks, I could gotten a Name brand Hotel and no just a knock off one with so many issues. I’ve never had someone so inconsiderate to the fact that I got a room for the night but I was at work and I was needing it just for 5 hrs for sleep after work for that I should just sleep in my car and save me 70dls. LoL.

Comfortable, convenient, great value.

They didn't have laundry facility open when people really need it. There is no coffee pot in room and there breakfast was just extremely limited down to nothing.When ipaid my room rent for the day, I was also paying for these amentities and they should be required to give me a credit for the cost of 16.89$ the cost of breakfast and the costs of traveling to another facility to was and dry my work clothes.
