Il cibo era ottimo

Pulizia carente sia nelle camere che negli spazi comuni. Poche attività per gli adulti e troppe per i bambini.

Plajdaki barın exclusive olmaması, plajdaki şezlong ve şemsiyenin exclusive olmaması. Dondurmalar, içkiler çok kısıtlıydı. Dana eti bulmak imkansız.

Avevo prenotato per sbaglio l’appartamento che è fuori dall’hotel e di qualità nettamente inferiore, ma la reception mi è venuta incontro spostandomi nell’hotel

Cibo ripetitivo e non di qualità, animazione per bambini imbarazzante con gente che urlava, posizione lontanissim dalle spiagge più belle

The hotel facilities, food and entertainment

Our room was possibly the worst hotel room I have stayed in. There were several issues with it, and it was not like the pictures displayed on booking.com when ordering. I have numerous pictures as evidence of the numerous issues we had.

Emplacement, plage

The hotel is in a good location with a nice pool area and comfortable rooms. The breakfast and dinner offered a good variety of options, and the facilities themselves were generally well maintained.

Unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing due to several service and management issues. We purchased a three-day parking permit, but the reception staff mistakenly wrote the year as 2025 instead of 2026, forcing us to make multiple trips between the reception and the car park to resolve a problem that should never have happened. We also ordered a birthday special package at check-in, but throughout our entire stay we received neither the package nor any update or explanation. Most importantly, I would advise future guests to pay extra attention to the security of their personal belongings. During our stay, a valuable personal item that remained inside the room could not be located afterwards. Although the hotel investigated, no satisfactory explanation was provided. I strongly recommend using the room safe and not leaving valuables unattended in the room.
