"Facilities were adequate, but being locked out of our room before check out was a huge turn off."

The room was clean and spacious.

After staying the night, and BEFORE checking out for the day, my friend and I woke up early to go to the Starbucks that was nearby. When we returned, we found that our keys had been made to not work for the room anymore! All of our belongings were inside, but we were locked out. This was infuriating. I had to go to the front desk and have them reactivate our room keys. The lobby was also insanely warm and stinky.

"I will never stay here again and glad I only brought in minimal luggage, so I didn’t leave with fleas."

Traveling with a dog- put in a room full of fleas. My dog was protected by flea medication, but not me. Outside the room there was a grassy patch right where you unload the car that was filled with dog feces. No one cleaned it up. Not for nothing, but my dog is bathed regularly, I pick up after her religiously, and she does not have bugs or disease. I should not have to be susceptible to disgusting accommodations just because I am traveling with my companion. And paying full price! Shame on you!

Flea infested room, dog feces not picked up and right where you unload.
