Very friendly clean great room service, relaxed environment

There was no place to put luggage but the floor. They did not have luggage rack or dressers to unpack clothing. They did have 10 hangers.

"Room and bed comfortable"

Breakfast ok but too far to walk from self-service to dining room. Waitress Clare and Roxy very helpful and pleasant. Lunch awful more like KFC. Would not chance dinner there

The room was a good size. Bathroom and shower very good. Staff at reception really helpful and friendly. Treatment at spa lovely. Food at resrsurant lovely

Some staff at the restaurant needed more training. Breakfast buffet a little basic and coffee machine not working properly. We wanted to watch a programm on channel 4 but as hotel is using ssmsung tv unable to watch live tv.
