Friendly helpful staff

No draught bitter, stout, or porter. Cracked sink. Long wait for eggs at breakfast, so long I gave up. Generally too hot in the hotel. Despite it being cool outside. Very creaky floors in the room above us and our room, not good with a dog.

Repas et petit déjeuner très très bon ! Avec un concert live extra où les Ecossais se sont chaleureusement mélangé à notre groupe d'amis

La propreté était très limite au sol. Moquette vraiment très poussiéreuse et sale. Les lits en revanche, étaient propre et confortable

property was nice, good location next to a big loch.

Bathroom was utterly filthy, was only staying for one night so wasnt too bothered. mud and pubic hair in the bath, hair in the sink.
