"Peccato struttura con potenzialità ,ma le camere sottoterra non le puoi pagare più di 200 euro a notte!"

Hotel in pieno centro di Lucca comodo per fare i turisti.

Mi hanno assegnato 2 camere a piano terra ed erano sotto terra , vedevo la strada sopra . E l’altra camera aveva i servizi per persone con handicap. Quindi probabilmente con altre camere sarebbe stato diverso il soggiorno . Tra l’altro non stavo bene ed ho chiesto di prolungare x più ore il ceck out , ma avevano disponibilità solo per 2 ore. Avrei pagato!

"A gem in the old town of Lucca with exceptional service."

Amazing central location inside the walls of old town Lucca. Very well kept premises, outstanding front desk service (especially from Stefania). Received a complimentary room upgrade. Room is very clean and well maintained.

Breakfast variety can be improved. Service at breakfast was outstanding however.
