Very good hotel at a perfect location, with carpark. You can hop on bus 19 right in front of the hotel and go to the middle of the centre. Very practical because it’s a big city! The rooms are spacious and practical. Breakfast delicious! Staff very helpfull and friendly. Nice view from the rooftopbar. Unfortunately they only serve cocktails.

Fairly standard, clean hotel, but with some technical issues with the sink and a shower that had low pressure and fluctuating temperature, which mattered a lot in the heat. The sink issue was handled quickly. Good air conditioning in the room. The rooftop plunge pool is poorly signposted and quite hidden. Your knees touch the bottom—though I suppose that’s typical for this kind of pool. Excellent food in the dinner restaurant, and good staff on that side. Breakfast was average. The reception staff seemed somewhat tense, but they carried out their duties precisely. Perhaps a smile could be part of the customer experience? The hotel is in a good location, opposite the science centre, with a taxi rank and a bus stop in front. As is typical in Spanish/Canarian hotels, four stars is (from a Northern European perspective) more like three stars. As for pre-arrival communication: fast replies with short, automated two-line responses stating that nothing can be guaranteed, etc. The wording is probably based on standard response templates, but more attention could be paid to tone. I almost cancelled my reservation because of how blunt it felt. Overall, an efficient chain hotel without major experiences. The evening highlight seems to be the rooftop terrace with a view and with very busy staff.

Our stay was 9 days. The wrlcoming at the frond desk was very good with immediate free tourist information and citymap. Our widh for a less-noisy room at the back sidr of the hotel was takrn care of. Our room was 802 and was very big and superb! The breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety and a fresh baking station where a cook prepares your wish.

I had to change from my first room as the bathroom was not clean. The general fixtures and fittings are tired with parts hanging off walls e.g skirting boards, cracked sinks and blind surrounds.

Stayed here for 4 nights May 26. Generally clean with good facilities. Our room was a good size. We used the hotel as a base for our city break, it’s located away from the historic centre but very close to all of the science park. Transport in Valencia is very good. We travelled from the airport on the Metro and alighted at Amistat which was a 15 min walk to the hotel. Buses stop right outside the hotel that will take you to both the city centre and the beach area in about 20 mins. We used a SUMA10 card that gives 10 journeys for just over 1 euro each, so extremely good value. We did not eat at the hotel so can’t review this but breakfasts and dinner are available. We found a good (Italian) restaurant called Caprizza about a 5 min walk away, reasonably priced. For breakfast we walked about 10 Mins to a small coffee shop called ‘Brisa Coffee’ that did some simple pastries and bread rolls, again at a very reasonable price.
