Leonardo Royal Hotel Mallorca

Room was huge which was great but not what we ordered as only 2 of us, the view was awful, looking at a horrible wall. Food was great, staff were amazing, hotel very clean, view from hotel was fantastic just not our room. We were not in very much so was ok in the end. Location great, right next to the beach. Shower room on last day as flight not until later and check out was 10:30am. Would stay again but in a superior room. Right on Son Matias Beach which was great.

Location close to all restaurants and bars , it it was generally quiet, rooms had air con, good shower and comfortable bed, balcony with great view.

Constant loud music around pool areas, just not to our taste and you had to be up early to secure a sunbed as there was much putting on of towels

The hill to the entrance was tough

We had a great stay at Leonardo! Especially wonderful was attentive and friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Thank you so much, especially to the lady at the reception who always responded to our requests, but also to the friendly restaurant staff, attentive cleaning personnel etc. We stayed in the annex building which was actually great because there was a more intimate swimming pool with more shadow so it was perfect for us and the kids. The menu was different every day and eveyoe could choose something they liked.
