Staying here was awesome besides the fact that they don’t tell you you need to pay 20 euros per person to hangout at the pool, regardless of if you need a towel or not. The encounter my party and I had with the man who told us this after we had set our things down at the pool was extremely rude and unclear about what we had to do

Lovely view and hospitality. Very clean and the area was perfect not to far from the night life but it didn't disrupt sleep.

Nothing was unique or good about this property. The room was very dirty. Our feet were black and covered in sand after just getting out of the shower when we first got there. There was beach sand all of over the floor, hair on the pillows, pubic hair on the bidet, and mold all in the shower and in the shower soap dispenser. Even though the room was so dirty, the staff didn’t even clean the room for 2 out of the 3 days we were there. It looked nothing like advertised in the pictures which was very disappointing. Also, it might as well have been a freshman year dorm room with how much screaming there was in the middle of the night and how thin the walls were.

Location and view was perfect. The bar at the pool had great food and drinks. I like having the choice of three pools too.

We paid for the hotel in full and were told by the reception staff that the booking was not paid for. Upon showing them the Expedia receipt they did refused to let us check in and continue to hassle us to pay. They refused to contact Expedia and so we had to do that ourselves. Once we contacted Expedia they called the hotel and confirmed our booking. We received no apology for the bad service and waste of our time. This was extremely unprofessional and to add to this the room condition was not great and key cards we constantly not working.

We had a layover in Ibiza and needed a hotel for 5 people near-ish the airport. This was a very good option, on the beach, not too loud. Just incredibly expensive for what it was. he best thing about it was access to an amazing typical Ibiza seafood restaurant on the beach, Restaurante Grill d‘en Bossa Casa Manolo.

Everything about this hotel is great... It's right on the beach... close to supermarkets... walking distance to Ibiza town... two swimming pools... very clean... comfortable beds!!!
