All good only one issue mattress was a bit tired

We had a good time at St. Simons..interesting place and city center is unique

Good location, hotel is pretty well kept up. Woman (Ashley) in the check in office was very helpful and knowledgeable. Room - bathroom needs to be updated. Rug in the living area is dangerous - slips on the tile. Kitchen is well equipped.

Stayed as a family of 4 with 2 children. Our rental was well decorated and very spacious. Was a gated community which we liked. Several rowdy teens (around 15) showed up and were loud and very obnoxious. The grills were not able to be used, which messed us up because we planned to grill for our daughters bday while we were there. We had other family members check in a day after us. There wasn't a lot for our pre-teen daughters to do. Most of the residents were older retired folks, but we still managed to enjoy our stay. We will definitely choose this place again!

very easy and comfortable with a very good location

Condo community was older but taken care of. The unit itself was tired looking and overly decorated. When heat turned on, it smelled.

Our room was clean, the property was quiet but the room was dated and needs to be remodeled and bought up to date.

Very impressed overall. A bit older but it has beach access a pool great place overall.

the location is nice, but the rooms were old and dated. That is itself is not a problem, but when there are mechanical problems with key things like the AC, that needs attention before it inconveniences guests.

When we arrived we were met by 6 cats outside the office the office area was unkept and had a foul smell. The room we were to stay in was about the same.we were moved to The beach view.This was a very nice building the office clerk was very nice..The condo was excellent .I am not trying to be rude but The Shipwatch needs a make over.We appreciated your willingness to move us. We hope to return next year we loved St Simon Thank you
