"Great Hotel"

Booked this hotel with my Marriott points and as always with Marriot I am never disappointed. Before arrival the staff had connected through the app to gauge an arrival time etc. which is always really appreciated. We arrived and the staff around 13.00, staff were great, very friendly & helpful and our room had been upgraded. We were in room 125, away from lift area & main road as requested. The room was lovely, spotless clean and a small gift had been left as part of the Marriott Bonvoy membership. During our 3 night stay we used the bar which was lovely with great bar people. We used the pool & pool bar facilities each day, lovely space and the bar person was really good. The team connected with us in the app asking if we needed anything during our stay, we asked for more decaf coffee pods, these were delivered and restocked every day. We requested some ice, this was delivered and a further gift (nice chocolates) from the hotel manager was also left which was really nice. The hotel is in a prime location close to the port area, its spotless clean and well maintained. I would stay here again and recommend to others - thanks AC Marriott Alicante team for looking after us

Nice location, it is in a quiet area and still close to center. Staff was nice and hot tub is amazing. Rooms are good and you don’t get noice from other rooms

La struttura in generale è bella

La struttura è in una zona dove è facile trovare homeless e gente poco affidabile, inoltre ci sono carta da parati che si alza., grande peccato che non si può vedere su un' hotel 4 stelle oltre alla carta da parati e l' acqua dello sciacquone del bagno che carica acqua costantemente e disturba non poco il sonno, la mancanza di un balconcino camera 225 2 piano
