Great facilities. Beach location. Very clean. Good food.

Rooms spacious but dated. Bathroom needs updating.

Totul la superlativ! Curățenie, amabilitate, mâncare diversificată, la orice oră, găsești mâncare în diferite locuri, pe lângă restaurantul principal. Piscine pentru toți, de la 0,2 m până la 1,5 m. Toboganele sunt atracția copiilor! Dozator de apă la fiecare etaj! Mi-a plăcut maxim!

Mi-a luat cel puțin o zi ca să aflu orele de funcționare ale tuturor barurilor și locurilor de masă din afara restaurantului central. Recomand hotelului să facă un pliant pe care turiștii să îl găsească în cameră în care să fie trecute toate informațiile legate de localizarea diferitor puncte și orarul de funcționare (exemplu: chioșc paella orele 12-16). La restaurantul chinezesc se merge doar cu programare făcută la recepția de la Palace, doar între anumite ore, ceea ce nu mi s-a spus! De la restaurant m-a trimis la recepție la Sol Mare, de acolo la Palace… și acolo… rezervare peste 3 zile când noi plecam, deși numărul de turiști care luau masa în fiecare seară era foarte mic!

The beach was nice with calm water

I was looking at an almost empty restaurant that had only available reservations 2-3 days away. Didn’t understand why. Small gym with limited choice of weights serving 3 hotels( yes, some people use the gym even on vacation). You need to make a reservation to use the sauna 10 minutes even though there was no one using it at that moment. Limited parking space. Limited ice cream.

Das Angebot in der Anlage war gut

Die Zimmerausstattung war sehr schlecht. Schlechte Betten (durchgelegen), herausgefallene Schranktüre, uraltes und schäbiges Bad (ich hätte auch Bilder).

We had a wonderful family vacation at Rate Sol Nessebar Mare All Inclusive! The hotel grounds are fantastic: well-maintained, spacious, and offering plenty of activities for everyone. The kids absolutely loved the variety of activities available for them! The easy access to the beach was a big plus, and the multiple pools, along with the mini waterpark featuring slides, were a huge hit with the whole family.

On the downside, the water in the pools felt quite cold, so we preferred swimming in the sea, where the water was warmer and more comfortable. The evening children's animation could use more variety. While different animated characters appeared each night, the overall program felt repetitive, with the same songs and dances every time.

- Constante stank van meeuwen aan het zwembad en restaurant, niet erg smakelijk - Ongezellig en mega druk restaurant met te weinig variatie in het aanbod - Gebrek aan gezellige bar om s'avonds iets te drinken en spelletje te spelen - Teveel lawaai, weinig tot geen rust

Много високо качество на храна, чистота, атракции/анимация. Стаите се почистваха всеки ден. Чудесно е, че се подсигуряват кърпи за плаж и няма нужда да се носят допълнително. Има всичко необходимо за едно пълноценно изкарване на почивката.

Качеството на безалкохолните напитки беше изключително ниско, въздържахме се да ги консумираме. Вечната битка за шезлонги за съжаление и тук е факт. Макар да има табели, че запазването на шезлонги е забранено, това не попречи на гостите да запазват шезлонги буквално за цялата рода с плавници, бельо и кърпи. Наблюдавахме как шезлонги стоят запазени по цял ден, без на тях да се появи никой. Би било добре това да се контролира по някакъв начин от персонала, който е основно чуждестранен и нискокачествен (особено крайно надменните украинци).

חדרים מרווחים ונוחים. מגלשות כיפיות, אווירה כללית נעימה, אוכל במזנונים נחמד. מיטות נוחות ונעימות.

ריח של שתן בקומת הקרקע וסביב חדר האוכל, אוכל בעיקר ארוחת צהריים וערב, לא מותאם לחיך הישראלי. האלכוהול החינמי גרוע, אין כמעט ווי פיי בחדרים - מאוד מתסכל. אין שמפו ומרכך לשיער באמבטיה ולפעמים גם לא היו מים חמים בשעות השיא של המקלחות במלון. הרבה מהאטרקציות לילדים בתוספת תשלום ! צוות לא מאוד נחמד ונגיש רוב הזמן.
