"There was absolutely zero times spent at this hotel so that’s why I’m giving it absolutely zero star review"

I never even got to check into this property. I called the desk and tried to reset the check-in date myself to just one day later and nobody ever answered and I haven’t even gotten a refund on this yet. I need a refund to my immediate payment method immediately I did my best as a customer to call and get the check-in time changed. It’s not my fault that nobody answered and that the app I used to book the room wouldn’t let me do it either.

Eggs were watered down,tasteless. I suggest you try a new brand or prep differently.

"Hospitality needs a lot of work"

The location

SOME Rude stuck up staff, heavy set girl with big black boots needs to NOT work in hospitality. 3rd shift young lady was super nice, there was another young lady with a red heart tattoo on her face, she was great also. The housekeepers smiled at no one, I went to get pool towels and said thank you 3 times with no reply from the heavy set girl or the house keeper that was at the desk. I work in hospitality and this is not acceptable behavior. I felt looked down on. I would love to speak with the manager of operations, I believe these are things he should know. Sheets had stains on them.
