Hôtel magnifique décoré avec goût chambre très confortable et très agréable

La chambre donne sur une grande route très passagère Il manque un frigo dans la chambre pour un hôtel de ce niveau Et inadapté aux personnes âgées ou handicapées Le personnel manque de professionnalisme

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room was OK, but i booked the room on the photo, which was given to me the next day tactically as a free upgrade after I complained the next day.

The hotel did not have the facilities listed on booking.com, for example, steam room, hot tub, jacuzzi, fitness, or a spa lounge. At check-in, I wasn't offered to see the room. First, I was demanded payment as soon as I walked in. The room I was given had 5 sets of stairs to climb up and down with my baby to the room and facilities, which was not available during my stay. So naturally, I am quite upset and embarrassed in front of my family and cousins in meknes. Couldn't able to entertain my cousins who live in meknes as the director himself is involved in drug dealing and prostitution in there so called cigar club and Shisha Club. I have attempted to approach management and director also owner to put our concerns and explain that we would like to cancel our stay and go somewhere, but we didn't feel safe as their attitude quickly changed so me and my wife pretended were happy to continue our stay not because they suggested we won't get a refund only also due to the safety of our 11 months infant child. Please ask someone to contact me as I have listed all proof of attempts for us to voice our concerns. Each attempt, we were forced to feel unsafe on every concern raised to the zaki Hotel.

L’emplacement , la vue sur les ramparts , ça reste un lieu mythique, on ressent l’histoire qu’il porte Hôtel très propre. Calme et confortable Facilité de stationnement.

Carte restaurant que du surgelé, pas à la hauteur de ce genre d’établissement, on a regretté de ne pas avoir eu recours à la livraison depuis l’extérieur. Le petit déjeuner a reçoit au vu de son prix. Les TV ne sont pas smart TV au vu du prix payé 275€ la nuitée ni même aucune disponibilité du wifi. Pas d’eau fraîche à l’arrivée, Canette coca : 50 MAD, 5€

J'ai aimer l'accueil et la propreté la super piscine et surtout la jantilesse de Mr aziz le réceptionniste super sympa je recommande l'hôtel zaki
