Wyndham Garden Niagara Falls Fallsview

Its was very clean and comfy .

Location was perfect to see a concert and to find restaurants. Room was nice. We were upgraded to a king jacuzzi room. Also we were suppose to stay at Wyndham garden. Happy we were here.

It was a nice king size bed, but not comfortable at all. It wasn’t rotated in a long time. I was sleeping in a valley and my husband was on top of the mountain. Also the heat/AC was extremely noisy. Kept waking us up many times.

No cushions on chairs outside on Balcony, No side Doors or Back Entrances to get in from (It was raining as well)

Mr. Todd, MOD, was amazing! 👏🏾 He checked me and answered all of my questions. The staff, were pleasant as well.

To close the ice machine. I enquired about relocation, but nothing was available, according to the agent. Didn’t get a good night sleep during the entire stay. Disturbance as well, from other guest being loud through the night, terrible. Also, I was nervous because a chair was outside my door and every time I came back it was fix differently. I mentioned it but it never was moved. I was staying there by myself and didn’t feel that safe. I was there at a convention and came home late. I was told it was maybe the hockey team people. It was weird.
