The only downside of this hotel was the rude behavior of the woman at the Tower B front desk on December 31. This is really the only reason to take points off. Otherwise, it’s a great hotel for a stay. I hope the hotel will take this into consideration. Also, she was rude not only to us. Everything else was excellent.
