"Not a pleasant experience. Hotel needs renovation."

Staff at front was very rude they were not willing to help. We had our parents and toddler with us. They are not keeping cutlery for customers and the way they were responding was awful. I selected this place just because of the view to Niagara falls. I am not going to choose this Hotel in future.

"Our stay was ok. Beds were comfy. Not much else to say."

Location was good. Close to the falls. One girl at reception (Miriam) helped us right away when we complained about our room beds. She automatically and quickly changed our room to make us more comfortable

Breakfast was mediocre. Had to walk from outside to go to reception to have our breakfast. Hallways were extremely hot.

"Excellent"

The bad smell in the hallways. The sliding windows has no secure lock. There was a lock but kids can easily turn them. We were in the 7th floor so it was scary for me.
