"Pool Heater is Still Broken!"

I stay here regularly as this is halfway point for my delivery route. The rooms have furniture that is showing signs of wear and fatigue. The water heater for the pool has been broken for many months. The place is clean, has a decent breakfast and the staff is always nice.

"Best customer service at a hotel in a decade"

The entire staff—housekeeping, front desk, breakfast team, the (Amanda) manager, and even the regional manager(Did not catch her name)—are truly outstanding. I was having a rough day when I checked in, and Carlie at the front desk was absolutely amazing. Everyone goes above and beyond. I honestly can’t thank them enough. I could say so much more but you will have to check in and see what I am talking about. Worth the few extra bucks then say a super 8.

I have stayed here multiple times on my trips to and from Michigan and I always feel welcome and taken care of. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, there are good restaurants close by.
