The room was a charming suite and the access to a Restaurant (atop the hill) was perfect. The staff and breakfast were excellent ! Thank you !!

Tutto perfetto. Io e il mio compagno abbiamo apprezzato molto la comodità della stanza, il contesto in cui questa era immersa, il letto, il silenzio. Tra l'altro c'era un ottimo profumo in bagno e nella reception. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Friendly staff and a nice setting

I travel often, but I can't remember ever having such an uncomfortable room in a hotel. My room was divided into three levels. When you enter the room, you have a large area that felt like a "lobby" or waiting area. There was a tiny desk and two tiny chairs. I have been in more comfortable and warm doctor's office waiting rooms. The bed was up a flight of stairs from there and had no windows. The bathroom was DOWN another flight of stairs from the "lobby". To get up to use the bathroom in the night meant navigating two flights of stairs. In the "lobby" area there were two tiny chairs that may have been comfortable for a child, but an adult man of 6' 200 lbs could barely fit into one, never mind be at all comfortable. I brought in a metal chair from the patio but eventually decided to simply go to bed because there was simply no place to sit and relax in the room. The grounds are pretty and there was a nice walking path, but I would probably have been more comfortable sitting in my car all night. It's a shame, as the staff were very welcoming and I had been very excited about my stay due to so many positive reviews.

O atendimento do Afonso foi impecável, super atencioso. O café da manhã tinham muitas coisas gostosas e era bem servido. Amamos.

Distância até Florença. Escolhemos esse hotel por ter bom custo-benefício para uma família de 4 pessoas, mas se não estiver de carro fica bem complicado para ir a Florença. O quarto tem um estilo mais rústico e não tinha janela no banheiro e nem no quarto.
