The water in the pools is clean, the staff is polite

the hotel needs renovation The carpet in the rooms is dirty, the toilet is loose, you can fall off it, the air conditioner is terribly loud, it is impossible to sleep. We went here several times a year only because of the pools, next time we will look for a different hotel, the rooms are very dirty and everything is old.

Hot Springs were awesome! It was super easy to get to them and I loved that they were open 24 hours! Also the cafe was amazing -- such quality food for such low prices!

Nothing really bad -- the room key machine had some issues and our first key stopped working.
