Even before our arrival, they called to ask if we were coming at all, despite the fact that I had specified our estimated arrival time during booking. When making the reservation, having a 24-hour reception was important to me. I also requested adjacent rooms since we were on a family trip. Upon arrival, everything went smoothly at the front desk. However, when I asked again if it was possible to get rooms close together, they naturally refused. My daughter and I stayed in a room on the second floor, while my husband and son were on the fourth floor. When we entered the room on the second floor, there was a strong, foul smell of sewage. I opened the window to air it out, but even though it stayed open all night, the awful stench remained. The walls around the window were moldy, and the carpet on the floor was extremely dirty and unvacuumed. The room on the fourth floor, where my husband and son slept, was also foul-smelling. To make matters worse, the window in that room could not be opened at all. As if that wasn't enough, we were deeply disappointed by the breakfast. Ants were crawling around the jam jars, and the food ran out quickly, leaving some people with very few options to eat. Upon checkout, the reception staff asked if everything had been okay. I told them about the state of the rooms; one receptionist said they would fix the issues, while the other just stood there smirking. I rate this accommodation as catastrophic and strongly advise against staying here.

Struttura buona ,senza pretese. Letti comodi. Fuori dal centro ,ma ben servito dal bus 760 che passa proprio fuori dall'hotel. Abbiamo potuto lasciare gli zaini prima della partenza .

La stanza odorava di muffa ,moquette datata . Lavandino che non scendeva l'acqua nel sifone .
