"Perfect location, wonderful staff - a truly amazing stay!"

Everything about the property was outstanding from the moment we checked in and were offered early check in to the bar for a drink of an afternoon listening to live music. The location was perfect close to everything we needed and walking distance to the football! The rooms were so comfortable I wish we could stay longer.

The property was centrally located, a short walk from the main shopping and also the Roma St Station The sound proofing on the room was excellent The reception staff were flat out (Magic Round weekend) but were very helpful. The shower was awesome!

Somehow our room didn’t get serviced The only thing lacking was on-site laundry facilities. You can pay to send it out, but I’d prefer the cheaper option!

The location is great and the room is comfortable and reasonably clean and well kept.

The exhaust fans in the shower / toilet cubicle are a little dirty and leave a musty or moldy smell in these areas. Housekeeping also arrived at 8.45AM and entered the room without knocking on one morning which was a bit of a shock and disruptive.
