Um pouco barulho de noite , por hospedes mal comportados a entrada das instalações a meio da note e na recepção nada fizeram para evitar esse incómodo

Hotel bardzo duży z wieloma pokojami, ale poza sezonem nie ma tłoku , nie wiem jak w sezonie z leżakami przy basenie , bo na ilość apartamentów to ich jest stosunkowo mało.Mieliśmy apartament z dwoma sypialniami , dwoma łazienkami ,dwoma tarasami, w pełni wyposażoną kuchnią, apartament był bardzo obszerny. Codziennie przychodziła sprzątaczka i było czysto. Hotel położony jest na uboczu Portimao , do dużego supermarketu jest ok 1,5km, do najbliższej ładnej plaży ok 1 km, ale bez problemu można dostać się wszędzie uberem dosłownie za grosze. Jedzenie w restauracji bardzo dobre , może nie ma dużego wyboru dań głównych , ale wszystko było smaczne,duży wybór dobrych serów i wędlin , pyszne słodkości i owoce. Muszę pochwalić obsługę restauracyjną , wszyscy bardzo mili. Jednym słowem pobyt uważam za wspaniały i chętnie tu wrócę.

Da água quentinha no chuveiro da piscina. A piscina era boa. Funcionários simpáticos.

Da falta de espreguiçadeiras na piscina,pois as mesmas estavam quase sempre ocupadas com toalhas a marcar lugar enquanto os hóspedes não estavam na piscina😡. Uma situação a melhorar😉.

Good size of apartment

Regarding our recent stay at your hotel, which was advertised as a 4-star establishment. Unfortunately, the level of service and facilities we experienced fell well below our expectations. On our first night, we discovered that there were no duvets provided in our apartment. We requested duvets for the second night; however, the receptionist informed us that she was new and did not know how to arrange this request. We found it concerning that such a basic requirement could not be addressed promptly. In addition, on 15 May, we reported to reception that there was no hot water in our apartment. Despite notifying staff immediately, it took almost 24 hours for the issue to be resolved. Even after the reported repair, the hot water supply remained inadequate. On our final night, my partner was only able to have a shower with lukewarm water. When we mentioned this issue during check-out, the receptionist apologised, thanked us for bringing it to their attention, and confirmed that the apartment should have sufficient hot water for two adults and two children. While we appreciated the apology, this did not compensate for the inconvenience and discomfort we experienced throughout our stay. As paying guests, we expected the standards associated with a 4-star hotel, including proper bedding, competent customer service, and a reliable hot water supply. Unfortunately, these expectations were not met, and the overall experience was disappointing. Given the significant inconvenience caused by the lack of duvets, the prolonged hot water issue, and the impact this had on our holiday, I believe it is reasonable to request compensation or a partial refund for our stay. I would appreciate it if you could review our complaint and advise what form of compensation you are prepared to offer in recognition of the service shortcomings we experienced. As a result of this experience, we do not intend to return to your hotel in the future.

Localização, limpeza, piscinas

Conforto das camas e do sofá cama. Muito desconfortável. Incapacidade dos funcionários em resolverem uma reclamação no dia em que cheguei. Só tínhamos 3 camas para 4 pessoas e tive que dormir no sofá. Só após insistência da minha parte é que no outro dia de manhã resolveram o problema.

Não existe uma só coisa que gostamos porque tudo estava muito bom!
