"It was a very enjoyable and relaxing stay for my family."

Carlos at the front desk was pleasant and kind. The room was very clean. Housekeepers were polite, restocked the room with needed items and took out trash. Dietary staff kept eating area very clean during breakfast hours. My family enjoyed the swimming pool, and sitting under the covered patio.

More hot breakfast choices.

"I will probably not choose to stay here when I come for a return visit."

The location was convenient to our family, we were visiting. The hallways were quiet at night.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress was too hard. I did not realize that pets were allowed. I prefer a hotel with a no-pet policy. There was a dog in the area for breakfast.

It meant all of the qualifications and the criteria above. Especially for the nightly rate for such a major holiday. Shana (Shay), the receptionist was attentive, communicative and provided excellent customer service.

Nothing that I can think of comes to mind everything was great.

I didn’t stay there!

I politely asked you to get me a bathtub and you failed to do it! They wouldn’t change the room because I used you so I got a room at a different hotel. I’ve disputed the charge and I won’t be using booking.com ever again!
