The grounds are beautiful and the staff are just lovely. Breakfast was really good, enjoyed the extra options from the kitchen.

The bedrooms really need updating - more so the bathrooms. Cracked tiles, only a shower curtain, loose taps, and a bulb out over the shower which made it very dark. The bed wasn’t the comfiest either unfortunately, and for the price, could get a comfier sleep at a cheaper hotel.

Beautiful property away from the noise and commotion of Edinburgh! Gorgeous surroundings Calm and peaceful. Excellent service . Very caring staff that help with anything. Great pool . Amazing breakfast. I want to go back 😊!

No plugs by the bed, but they do have some extension cords if you forget yours .

"We could have stayed in a top hotel in the City centre for the same price as this tired old place"

Bed was comfortable

It was not in Edinburgh. It was 9 miles out and not part of Edinburgh. For a City Break in Edinburgh It was poor. As a golf hotel it would be fine. It is tired and badly laid out with long walks to bedrooms
