Great central location with friendly staff. Lots of hot water and quiet in relation to the location. Walkable to trains and buses.

One of the better budget friendly options and surpasses other accommodation options in the same price bracket. Was super happy having a private bathroom, kettle, mini fridge and even a tv for the same price I was previously paying for a basic hostel room with shared facilities just down the road. The bed was comfortable, room had good lighting, and the citylink bus stop is a convenient 2 minute walk away so no need to climb queen street

The only real issue I have is that the rooms aren't sound proof and noise carries down the halls, and other guests don't seem to realise this when they're taking phone calls in their rooms or in the hallway or having loud conversations at 11pm onwards. I'd suggest a rule of that type of thing being kept to communal areas. This specific room also had an old style toilet that could be difficult to flush

It'a budget friendly, close to the city and accessible. Friendly staff and good facilities 👏
