"Pissed off through lack of respect"

I have stayed here before as it was close to my business contacts.

The reception would not accept my digital license one that I used last time I stayed there and the same license I used on an airoplane to get there. I have used this digital license which is now an acceptable form in New Zealand. The Receptionist was rude to me and would not accept anything I said to the point I considered taking out a personal grievance against her. As I know this would have no affect I left it. I was very disappointed in the way I was treated and ended up staying at the airport in a chair! After this encounter I have taken a serious look at using Booking.com who I have been using for well over 25 years!Pissed
