"Terrible hotel"

I checked out early and had to get another hotel. There were bugs in my bed. Towel rack falling out. Couldn’t get extra towels. No shampoo, conditioner or body wash in the shower. The front door looked like it had been broken down at some point that it would not close properly. Was not safe there. I would appreciate a refund for the poor conditions of this room.

"Overpriced for what it offers"

The property was very clean but essentially a run-down motor hotel in the middle of nothing. Staff ran our credit card the morning of our arrival for $25 without permission as a "guarantee" that we would arrive. Desk clerk that I talked to was brusque and uncommunicative when I asked about it. All of this might have been fine but the price was absurd for what little was offered.

Pet friendly, room was spacious and clean . The only thing I didn’t like where it’s located . It’s near very busy intersection. And if you go out to eat to get back to motel have to drive a bit.
