"Great staff, need to improve a little"

The staff was great and it was very good to have a 24/7 reception. The bedroom was nice and it is super good to have a bathroom in the room. I also like that we could watch the world cup games in there.

The bed was not very confortable and the bunks are small, you can't sit in the lower bed. Many people were hitting their heads in the upper bunk. The lockers are narrow, so it was difficult to remove my backpack, it even damaged it. The location is not great. The region is dark and looks a little dangerous at night.

"Séjour plutôt confortable."

Plutôt bien placé, dans un quartier calme. Le personnel est très sympathique et il y a des rideaux aux lits (un + pour l’intimité)

Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas d’eau potable accessible directement pour les clients, on est obligés de demander au personnel pour remplir sa gourde. Et pas non plus de cuisine ni frigo.

"Great rooms but don’t bring your own food"

The rooms were great with a large tub for a nice soak. Lockers in the room were nice as well. The staff was always very nice and accommodating.

There was no microwave or refrigerator. They say they don’t have a kitchen for guests but these small appliances would be helpful and don’t require a full kitchen. Even just putting a microwave in the front sitting room would be great. Maybe even a couple of mini fridges in the sitting room or one mini fridge per room.

Les personnes à l'accueil ont été au top, très accueillantes et bienveillantes. L'hôtel est situé dans un endroit calme. La petite chanson de bon matin, venant de dehors, qui met de bonne humeur.

Les personnes qui ronflent et le fait que soit qu'une salle de bain avec wc et baignoire (dans la chambre) et non pas plusieurs douches et wc à l'extérieur de la chambre. Pour l'intimité.
