Nice and polite staff. Generally clean place, easy to ask for service and the staff happy to help with a smile. Big room with lots of space and capacious bathroom with nice bath tub. Overall comfortable.

The building and corridors are very confusing, and not very well looked after. The window lockers were not working, you can barely open the window (I understand the safety issues but this was too safe) because you can’t lock the window the sound of machinery outside the window leaks loudly into the room (there are works being done in the place).

Great staff and a friendly atmosphere. When I arrived, I experienced an issue with my room, but one of the managers, Jay, took ownership of the situation and went above and beyond to resolve it. His effort and commitment were exceptional, and he turned what could have been a negative experience into a very positive one. I would highly recommend the Grand Hotel Gosforth Park to anyone visiting Newcastle.

Always stay here when visiting family. Everything was good.

I couldn't get 2 nights together due to an event that was on. So had to have just one night here and one night in the Travelodge across the road. Just unfortunate this time.

"Room without fridge"

Location, cleanliness, staff restaurant facility.

No fridge in room. Nowadays there is no concept of a room without fridge. I texted hotel before my arrival about fridge availability, there was no reply. When I requested for fridge, I was informed that some rooms are without it and they keep in room on special request and its very late to provide it. When I informed them about my advance message, there was no reply.
