"wish it had been better"

It was a nice room

The hot water in the shower was cold, the 1st guys could not figure it out. The 2nd guy came during sunset so I missed it. thought it would be fixed but it was still cold. they offered to move us but we were leaving in the morning. I have a visit planned in July and I'm concerned

Pool Breakfast

Staff was rude, the place needs updates we stayed when they fist opened And everything was amazing its went down heel very fast. The staff is rude to my kids, hateful, they don’t clean the rooms like they used too. Someone stole clothes out of my dryer they stated there was nothing they could do. Very shitty service. Stayed lots of times at this resort but idk if I’ll ever be back

Location to beach. Staff

Bathrooms chipping paint and mold . We changed rooms. Bathroom in second just as bad. Needs work.
