"AWESOME."

Breakfast was awesome. The room was AWESOME. Every staff member greeted us.Wasn't happy about paying to park. When we got there Memorial Day weekend, only 1 of the 3 elevators worked.But one of them was fixed midweek. I would DEFINITELY stay there again.

Except for the elevator issue, we loved our stay.

Nos gustó las instalaciones que el hotel es super Kid-friendly las piscinas, tener la playa enfrente super genial. Vivimos de miami hasta aqui y valió la pena.

El piso de la habitacion estaba un poco sucio. De resto todo bien.

Location and the pools.

Elevator was down to one for most of the stay. Water in shower kept stopping. Some things need to be replaced or updated.

"Good location - spoilt by lifts out of order, poor room servicing, noise, elevators not working"

Large room, good breakfast, beachfront

Noisy - pool music on to 10.30 - we were jetlagged off long haul flight so not good being kept awake. Room not serviced after first night and we arrived back to late to ask (9pm) Elevators out of order - only one working over Memorial Day weekend unless you wanted to visit the hotel laundry and use the service elevator

"We love coming to this location every year."

The ability to walk right out to the beach, and the pool and lazy river is wonderful too. The staff are very hard working and friendly. Top knotch. The rooms were comfortable and we were very satisfied with our stay.

Having to pay for parking. We have been coming to this property for at least five years and still have to pay for parking. Two out of three elevators were out of service, but the staff were very good about trying to get people accommodated by using service elevator.

The pool and lazy river. Also the breakfast was nice. Housekeeping was friendly and made sure we didnt run out of anything.

Only one elevator worked so you spent a lot of time waiting. Also they charge you $28 a day at check in just to park there. We had dirty sheets and a roach in our room. The water pressure was terrible and the water kept shutting off when we would shower.

"We had a great time. Was geared toward families with a lot of kid activities."

Location and breakfast were both excellent.

Only one working elevator. On our last night they allowed guests to also use the service elevator which helped some. We mostly took the stairs.
