Es mi segunda estancia en el hotel, está vez han sido 3 noches, respecto a la primera he visto que han cambiado el buffet a mejor, ahora hay más variedad donde poder elegir, el personal muy amable, zonas comunes limpias, en general todo muy bien, está vez nos tocó una habitación más grande , más cómoda y más cerca así que genial. Es un hotel donde volveremos sin ninguna duda.

Nos gustó todo, simplemente es una recomendación en el pool bar ya que se hace muy incómodo tener que estar pendiente todo el rato de la comida que coges ya que las gaviotas y otros pájaros te van a quitar la comida, poner una cristalera para evitar esa situación estaría perfecto.

La estancia en general, comodidad de todo lo necesario muy a mano, eventos, etc

No es que no me gustara, pero de donde yo voy se come muy bien y ahi la cocina funciona con muchas especies para el alimento y sabe fuerte pero pasable y variado para escoger otras cosas.

Instalaciones, habitaciones premium con excelentes vistas y comodidades, variedad de bebidas, comida, y el personal en general muy bien. Sin dudas que volveremos

Que nos dijeron que a la noche teníamos reserva para el restaurante a la carta, la cuál al llegar la noche ese día resultaba que no estaba abierto

Lo que mas nos gusto fue el establecimiento en si que era bastante amplio y en un lugar muy bueno al sur de fuerteventura.

Nosotros ya habíamos estado en 2019 , pero con lo que nos encontramos no tenia nada de que ver con aquel entonces. Esta vez no tenían suficiente personal ( a la hora de pedir en barras siempre había cola y larga además) , no había apenas variedad en la comida ( en 2019 recordamos que había temáticas en la comida y variaban según el día) , les hicimos una petición que era la de estar con alguna habitación con vista a la piscina y no nos la dieron y el hotel no estaba con aforo completo porque se notaba en la afluencia.

La ubicación… el trato de todo el personal… el grupo de animación fue maravilloso… el buffet… la habitación cómoda…

Por comentar algo… había tanta gente que ni platos ni cucharas encontrábamos a la hora de las comidas…
