"Great stay "

Great location Ibiza 15 mins walk to mambo one side and then ocean beach the other side... staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are basic but clean and have what you need in for a short stay, balcony on the small side but has a lovely pool area on top of the hotel with a bar there. Would stay again.

I did not like anything about this place. It is not clean, they do not clean your room daily. The customer service is awful, and they charge you to get wifi, for an extra key, there are no complimentary anything. Just dont stay here.

"Exceptional"

We loved the property! Very central, close to restaurants, beach, 10m walk from lidl, close to party bus and buses to Ibiza and other areas! Very clean, helpfull staff, amazing rooftop pool with really good music playing all day. Not for families though, as the music from the pool can be heard loud all throughout the property, and neighbours will start playing load music on speakers from the morning until late. As we were party goers ourselves, this was the perfect spot! We'll be coming back next year!

"Grubby & noisy. "

Floors dirty. Seems just a wipe around had been done as I had someone's hair stuck to my socks. Cockroaches the size of my hand in bathroom. Had to chase them out of room. Room needs updating badly! I know some of the rooms have been done but I unfortunately had the pleasure of staying in the outdated 80's room. It's Ibiza non stop party location so it's going to bd a noisy hotel. Perfect for 20 year olds first holiday slap bang in the middle of it all. I'm approaching 40 I know next time to spend a bit more for a better stay in more upmarket hotel.

"Excellent"

Loved the rooftop pools, great music and atmosphere. The hotel is so central to everything, a beach just round the corner, Eden and Es Paradis. Great having a Lidl not even a 10 minute walk away too.

Nice location, fantastic sea view balcony 😀😁, clean, very curious and helpful staff, 24hour desk was good, God facilities, enjoyed the roof top pool area, Beds a little hard but that's not the end of the world, would defo stay there again
