The staff were nice and friendly. They have a bar at the hotel where they offer free drinks to "all inclusive" guests and things you can buy as well. They really put in effort to get the kids occupied, doing shows and dances. They also provide snacks in between meals which is also great if you are really hungry or have hungry kids. The bus stop to Palma is right outside the door. There are 2 swimming pools with a lot of space to sit and also a life guard. They have an open buffet for all meals that provide a wide selection of food. The food is good. There is no carpet on the floor of the room so it is probably easier to clean and makes me feel more comfortable. There is a balcony. There is a lobby and the bar and a lot of space downstairs if you want to spend time outside your room. There is also water and drinks and snacks you can get. Makes you not feel stuck in the hotel room.

The rooms are really moist. The bed felt moist every night. Makes the room damp and smell. The rooms are relatively old. It's clean enough to feel comfortable but nothing more than that. There is a big discolored spot on my mattress (though they put 2 bed covers on it). The refrigerator feels old and doesn't look clean. You can hear water running down the drains loudly when the neighbors use the bathroom or shower. We saw ants in the bathroom on the last day (we stayed 4 nights). There is no shampoo or conditioner in the rooms. The bar is not cozy. Really plain furniture but gets the job done.

Property is mainly operatated with French Tourism therefore lots of French people and French as the first language even with entertainment team

Nicely contained and you don’t have to walk far for anything. The animation staff were very good with children, my son loved them.

It’s quite dated. Food was only okay, I expected better. There was ants in the room. The pool and snack bar should be open for more hours. The staff was not generally very friendly. We even got rushed out of our room by the cleaning lady before it was time for our check out, very rude!
