We spent 5 nights at this hotel, which is advertised as a 4-star property. Unfortunately, in my opinion, it does not quite meet that standard. The furniture looked rather old, and the hotel as a whole would benefit from some renovation and modernization. When we arrived late in the evening, we were initially given a room located right next to the disco terrace. Since we were travelling with our one-year-old baby, the noise level was completely unsuitable. I went to reception and explained the situation to the receptionist, who immediately changed our room. I really appreciated her understanding and quick response. I would also like to give special thanks to Squid (if I remember her name correctly). It was my birthday during our stay, and she surprised me with a lovely towel arrangement shaped like a birthday cake. It was such a thoughtful gesture and truly made my day. While there are areas where the hotel could improve, especially regarding the condition of the facilities, the kindness and professionalism of the staff were definitely a highlight of our stay.

Although the hotel was kept clean, it would benefit from refurbishment and modernisation.

Extremely friendly, warm, hardworking and helpful staff. Natasha, Fabi and all others have been amazing at entertaining the whole family. We had a brilliant holiday. It felt so safe for the kids too.
