My car keys were missing by the valet parking service. I return home but ,the keys never appear. Value $700. I know sometimes things happen but the valet parking services is awful, managers do not even pay attention to you when you try to explain. They even try to make you sign a document in which you are accepting that you are liable for damages and everything that happens. Not a good experience. They do know how handle customers instead of make you feel safe, they make you angry and they want to play dumb with you !. The staff outside the hotel is super rude and arrogant.

J'avais demandé une chambre avec une vue sur la baie et je ne l'avais pas eu, j'ai donc été faire une recommandation à l'accueil et on m'a changé instantanément de chambre. Je trouve super l'option avec le petit-déjeuner au restaurant vida. Par contre si vous avez un enfant ce n'est pas l'hôtel approprié. J'ai apprécié également le petit food truck.

La chambre n'était pas spécialement propre et vu le prix je suis déçu et très mal insonorisé a un point qu'au 8 ème étage ont écouté les voitures roulé. L'attente pour récupérer le véhicule est assez longue le soir.

Falta mejor trato del personal. Los únicos que atienden relativamente bien son los argentinos y las chicas en la piscina, una de las chicas que habla español en recepción y el resto de equipaje en custodia, y algunos de recepción el trato es bastante tosco
