The bed was very hard and large so it was difficult to get out of the bed in one side since it was almost against the wall and no end table was there to place glasses, etc. There was always an odour in the hallway and room and they piped the same music through the hallways which was annoying.

Amazing hotel, even it is a bit old, room cleaning a bit late for 3rd floor. Service friendliness worth 2 thumbs . Breakfast choices is vast. Very helpful especially when I got problem with my toothache. A goid impression overall for Cambodians

Best hotel we stayed at for our entire month long vacation!! The staff are beyond fantastic!!! Attend to your every need!! Gave us a later check out due to husband being sick and even brought a fruit platter to our room!! The food was possibly the best I ate in Cambodia!! And great pool!!

Really nice hotel. Great pool and great breakfast. Super super friendly helpful staff. Not a brand new hotel but everything was in good working clean order. Also, good restaurant. A little far from town but a short tuktuk ride into the center.

From the airport pick up to the front greetings then the rooms you couldn't get a much better experience. All aspects of the stay we had were 100%.

Very good hotel, staff were very attentive & helpful, the hotel is starting to show a bit of age but the furnishings are very good with artefacts right through the hotel/resort. The grounds are magnificently beautiful & the pool area is excellent with one of the biggest pools i've seen. The buffet breakfast was excellent . The room itself was large around 26sqm & clean, bathroom clean & has a shower separate from a very deep bathtub/spa.

The staff are very friendly and helpful The breakfast are fine in general, but it would be better to have more varieties. The services are very good in general, but it would be better to tell customer in advance, e.g. booking a 'free' car to pick up at airport

A warm experience right from the time we checked in. The staff are always striving to please and ensure you are comfortable. Service is prompt and reliable. The hotel is situated very close to the airport on the highway and a distance fro the city centre. So if one plans to hit the nightspots and sample the central entertainment it will be a bit of a commute. The hotel has arrangements for transport with a regular bus service that is free and can summon a tuk tuk or a taxi at short notice. We took a taxi for a dinner out at the FCC and the tuk tuk driver even waited for us and brought us back to the hotel! Watch out if you are a vegan or a strict vegetarian as breakfast and meal options are severely limited! The chef did rustle up a decent fried rice dish and a vegetarian noodle dish once he understood that we wanted 'jay' food! All in all an enjoyable and very comfortable stay. The staff and their ever smiling attention make you feel right at home!
